The Plain Jane Assassin series is a new adventure series soon to arrive by H.L. Stephens. It follows the adventures of Jane MacLeod, a seemingly average teenager whose life is anything but. After witnessing the murder of her family at a young age and finding solace for a time in the arms of her aunt and uncle, her life is once again turned upside down when she finds herself hunted by the same organization who murdered her family years before.

While on the run in New York City, her path crosses with a retired Shadow Brigade – a group of mercenaries and assassins who specialize in black ops. They begin teaching Jane everything they know, training her to become the most lethal teenage assassin the world has ever seen.
